Copyright
- You own the copyright and take full responsibility for the copyright of the photo you send to us for printing purposes.
- We will not use your photos or products anywhere with your permit for any purposes.
- We may store your photos for future service(e.g. after-sale service), however, deletion will be performed if you request.
QC Control
There’re two checkpoints before you delivery your products. The first checkpoint is set up on the production stage. The second checkpoint is set up on the packing stage.
However, If you found any quality issue please contact us within 5 days since you sign the package.
Refund Policy
- Since the cloth printing is a high custom services we are not support refund after we produce your products.
- If the product has quality issues or damage we will refund or re-produce the product to the customer.
Delivery Policy
- The order of the customer will delivery by Kerry Express by default. However, we support Thailand Post/Flash Express/J&T Express as customer’s request.
- The delivery fee is 50 baht, for any order more than 500 baht we are offering free shipping.
- The Kerry Express has some remote service areas, which will cost more shipping fee. if your shipping address within those places we will change the shipping options to Thailand Post EMS service.
